Topic: the lowest impact dance aerobics
i teach a very, very low impact dance aerobic class that is great for all those people who think they can't enjoy moving to music, what questions might one have about a class like this.

i had a low back pain for over a month and from tiem to time it coames and goes, the doctor ordered some xrays which i did, but he told me to stop practiving aerobics and steps, but i loved it so much, today i started a little little routine only half an hour i felt happy but really don't know what the consequences will be (don0t think will be any) but still, the doctor told me that practicing steps can be an impact sport. More than the music is about exercising safely i guess :)

Jociu,
i agree that practicing steps can be an impact sport. for me safety is the main objective in any class i teach. i remember when i used to let the people in the classes i taught years ago pressure me into doing higher impact dance moves just because i was excited and we were all moving together so wonderfully. but ultimately, that was a bad move. i hope your new routine is one that will do you well. keep me posted.
